Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by Iranian American journalist Masih Alinejad to discuss her fight against the Iran regime, the constant mistreatment of women under Islamic Republic’s rule and her own personal encounters with them, including assassination attempts on her life whilst in America.
Masih explains that people are being killed for the “crime” of criticising Sharia laws and the Islamic Republic’s rulings. Piers draws similarities to Afghani women who are fighting for their own rights while under Taliban ruling after US troops fled the country last year. Masih says that the women in these countries fighting for their human rights on the front line are her heroes and gives a powerful message: “You can take our life, you can take our eyes, you can take our bodies – but not our hope”.
