Conservative radio host and pro-gun advocate Ben Ferguson joins Piers Morgan to find a solution to the mass shooting and school shooting problem in the U.S. Salvador Ramos was just 18 years old and was allowed to buy two assault rifles (AR-15) AND 360 rounds of ammunition from a gun store. Piers points out the inconsistencies in American laws as this same gunman wasn’t legally allowed to buy alcohol but could buy such powerful weapons. Piers suggests there should be more restrictions to being able to buy and handle a gun and that this could help prevent shootings like what happened at Uvalde Elementary School. Ben however suggests that more should be done to protect schools such as more armed guards and better training of how to lock down a school in a scenario like this.
